Patient Reference Group

A Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of registered patients, carers and GP practice staff who meet to discuss practice issues and patient experience to help improve the service provided by the practice.

The PPG at Conway Medical Centre is open to all our registered patients.  Patients from all communities, groups, genders, ages, ethnicities, and disabilities are encouraged to join.

These meetings are held for an hour on a quarterly basis. If you would be interested to join this group then please complete our form below.

Patient Reference Group Registration

All registered patients are welcome to attend any meeting of the Patient Reference Group without giving prior notice. If you are interested in hearing about the activities of the Patient Reference Group but cannot/do not want to attend meetings please complete the form below to receive newsletters and invitations to contribute to group activities online.
