Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to all our patients and anyone who attends our practice.

However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong which results in you, the patient feeling you have a genuine cause for complaint. In these cases we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
